Update: February 3, 2012 A steady stream of new exercises descriptions is being released daily. Kettlebell and plyometric exercises will be getting their own sections after the exercise section has been filled out a bit more. A stretching exercise section will then be next on the list to complete. After that, strength and flexibility workouts for different sports will be written.
Most sports require you to be quick on your feet, so having functionally strong calves is important in being explosive. So take a look at some of the exercises presented, and jump in to space.
