How To Perform The EZ Bar Skull Crushers

  • The EZ Bar Skull Crusher is performed by first laying with you back flat on a bench.
  • Next, grab the ez bar with an overhand grip, keep your arms at full extension above your body. Your hands should be shoulder width apart on the bar.
  • Now, lower the bar towards your face, bending only at the elbow.
  • When the weight is about one to two inches away from your face, press the weight back up in to starting position. This is one full skull crusher rep.

EZ Bar Skull Crushers Tips

  • Be sure to keep the elbows parallel to each other during the lift.
  • If you become unable to extend your arms during the bottom position of the movement, quickly move the weight over your chest and perform a bench press up.
