Update: February 3, 2012 A steady stream of new exercises descriptions is being released daily. Kettlebell and plyometric exercises will be getting their own sections after the exercise section has been filled out a bit more. A stretching exercise section will then be next on the list to complete. After that, strength and flexibility workouts for different sports will be written.
Awareness and quickness go hand in hand; however, awareness is different in that it is the ability of the athlete to react to game situations with the proper movement patterns required for optimal performance.
